Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make a video while unboxing your Badhee product. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving a different or defective item). Items should be packed in the same condition and packaging as you received them.

Warranty

Badhee provides a 5-year termite warranty and a 2-year manufacturing warranty (for joint/open manufacturing defects).

Replacement

You can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of returning your package to the shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days)
  • Processing time for your return once received (3 to 5 business days)
  • Bank processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days)

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the ‘Completed Orders’ link under the My Account menu, and click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returned item.
